Waitermate Prize Draw — Terms & Conditions

1) Promoter

Promoter: Mobile Pay Systems Ltd, 28 Cleveland Street, Wolverhampton, WV1 3HT company number 09710950. The Promoter is responsible for this prize draw.

2) Eligibility

  • Open to UK residents aged 18+ only.

  • Employees/contractors of the Promoter, its group companies, agencies and their immediate families/households are not eligible.

  • One entry per person. Additional/duplicate entries may be disqualified.

3) How to enter

  • Enter by completing the digital entry form via the QR link and submitting your details as requested.

  • No purchase necessary.

4) Promotion period

  • Opens: 30 September 2025 at 09:00 (UK time)

  • Closes: 1 October 2025 at 17:00 (UK time)

  • Entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid.

5) The prize

  • 1 of a possible 10 (ten) iMin Swift 2 Pro handheld devices to give away. One per organisation maximum.

  • Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative is available. If the prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

6) Winner selection & verification

  • Random draw from all valid entries on 5 October 2025 supervised by an independent person not employed by the Promoter.

  • The Promoter may require proof of age/eligibility (e.g., photo ID). If required documentation is not supplied within the stated timeframe, the entry may be disqualified and a reserve drawn.

7) Notification & claiming the prize

  • Winner(s) will be notified by email (and/or SMS if provided) within 10 days of the draw and must claim within 30 days of notification.

  • If a winner does not respond in time, cannot take the prize, or is ineligible, the Promoter may award the prize to a reserve drawn at the same time or conduct a further draw.

8) Publicity & winners' details

  • To demonstrate that a valid award took place, the Promoter may publish or make available the winner's surname and county on request. Winners can object to or request redaction of this disclosure at or before entry by emailing sales@swoopos.com or writing to the registered address

  • Winners may be asked to participate in publicity but are not obliged.

9) Liability

  • Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

  • Subject to that, the Promoter is not responsible for: entries lost, delayed, corrupted or not received due to network, hardware or software failure; or any indirect or consequential losses.

  • The Promoter's decisions are final and binding; no correspondence will be entered into.

10) Disqualification

  • The Promoter may refuse any entry that is: incomplete, bulk/automated, in breach of these Terms, or that interferes with the spirit of the promotion (including tampering or cheating).

  • The Promoter may cancel/amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond its reasonable control, provided this does not materially disadvantage entrants.

  • What we collect: name, email (and optional phone/company/role/postcode).

  • Why we use it: to administer the draw, verify eligibility/age, contact the winner(s) and fulfil the prize (UK GDPR lawful basis: legitimate interests or performance of a contract—these T&Cs); to comply with CAP/ASA winner transparency requirements (lawful basis: legitimate interests).

  • Sharing: we use trusted processors (e.g., email, form and fulfilment providers) under contract; they act on our instructions.

  • Retention: Entries are kept for 12 months after prize fulfilment.

  • Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability (where applicable). You also have the right to object to marketing at any time.

12) Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by English law. The courts of England & Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
